By day, Iโm a Semiconductor/Metrology Engineer at Intel. Outside of work, I help busy professionals, engineers, and PhDs design a workday that feels good, clearer, calmer, and more intentional.
My approach is simple: practical, real-world productivity advice for everyday employees who want to focus better and get more done, without burning out. Just one coworker sharing a few useful tricks with another.
I believe even “normal” employees deserve a workday that feels good, intentional, and supportive.

My story began in 2007, when I taught high school in a small village in Iran while traveling 752 miles every week to finish my masterโs in chemistry.
In 2015, I moved to the U.S. for a PhD at the University of Florida, finished in 2020, and have been working at Intel here in beautiful Oregon ever since.
Along the way, Iโve spent the past 7 years helping PhDs, graduate students, and early-career professionals transition into industry, something I genuinely love doing.โ
